Fifth grade leadersFifth grade students demonstrate 3B expectations
ER elementary students are continuously developing as model citizens, thanks to the implementation of the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support) system that acknowledges students for following three basic rules: Be safe, Be responsible, and Be respectful. Otherwise known as the 3Bs.

New this year, all fifth grade students are teaching younger students the 3B expectations for every area of the school- from the cafeteria, to the hallway, to the bathroom, even outside to the sidewalk.

In a typical year, students who follow school rules are acknowledged by teachers and staff with "Bee Bucks." Those who earn the required number of Bee Bucks use their "Bucks" to purchase incentives.

This year, the older students are demonstrating to the younger learners what it looks like to follow the 3Bs, and they are proving to be great leaders!
